This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, Netlify processes technically necessary connection data in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Collection and processing of personal data
When this website is accessed, information is automatically transmitted to the server (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access, page accessed). This data is stored temporarily in log files and serves exclusively the technical operation and security of the website. No personal data is collected via forms or sign-up fields. This data is not merged with other data sources.
5. Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. A cookie banner is therefore not required. Cookies can be disabled or deleted in your browser at any time.

7. Video content and links to Instagram and TikTok
The videos shown in the portfolio are hosted directly on this website. No content from Instagram, TikTok or any other platform is embedded — the links to my profiles are plain links. Only when you click one of them do you leave this website, at which point the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
8. Contact by email
If you send me an email, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

You have the right at any time to obtain information about the personal data I have stored, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction of processing, to object to data processing and to data portability. Please send your request informally by email to info@we-communicaid.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
